How do I receive the orders?
Each order is sent to you with every item and the pick-up time by email, and also by text if you choose.
Can it handle my menu with options?
Yes: we set up your menu during installation (items, options, extras, meal deals). The Full installation includes setting up your complete menu.
What about payment?
The assistant takes the order; customers pay as usual when they collect. If you would like it to work differently, we can discuss it at our meeting.
What if a customer has a special request?
It notes it in the order. If the request falls outside your menu or your rules, it takes a message or transfers the call to you.
